When you sign up, we store your email address, display name, username, bio, and avatar URL. When you use ShipLog, we store the projects and log entries you create. We also collect basic, anonymous page view counts when visitors view your public profile and project pages.
Your data is stored in Supabase, which hosts databases in the EU. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't store your password - we use magic link authentication and OAuth via GitHub.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe processes your payment information according to their own privacy policy.
The social post generator uses Anthropic's API to generate shareable posts from your entries. When you use this feature, the entry content and project info are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the post. Anthropic does not store this data or use it for training.
You can export all your data (projects and entries) as JSON from your Settings page. You can also permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the same page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
